He was a founding member of 55ip (acquired by JP Morgan) and has played key roles at prominent financial institutions. Magnus holds a graduate degree from MIT.

A seasoned strategist and entrepreneur, Jason transitioned from a successful music streaming platform acquisition by Google to managing alternative assets. He has developed proprietary valuation and securitization models and specializes in PE and venture across various industries, including automobiles, energy, healthcare, and web3. Jason is a graduate of NYU.
